What it costs
Starting ranges for the two jobs we are asked for most. What moves the number is below.
Every quote is free, and it comes after a look at the property rather than over the phone. These are starting ranges, not estimates.
Four things move the number, and they are all things we can see on site:
- Size and layout
- A wide one-story ranch and a compact two-story house can have the same square footage and price differently, because reach and setup time are not the same thing.
- How bad the growth is
- A north wall under trees that has not been washed in five years takes more solution and more dwell time than one washed last spring.
- Surface
- Vinyl, brick, stucco and old hardboard each take a different pressure and a different mix. Getting that wrong is what damages a house, so it changes the method as well as the price.
- Cleaning or sealing
- Sealing is priced separately from cleaning because it is a separate visit. The slab has to be fully dry first, and the material cost is real.
The $250 minimum is there so a small job still covers the drive, the setup and the water. If what you need is under that, say so on the form and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.
