What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, the address or city where the work is, which services you picked, roughly how big the job is, and anything you write in the notes box. Your email address if you choose to give it, which is optional. Nothing else.
Why
To work out a price and get the job scheduled. The owner reads the form, calls you back, and quotes it. That is the whole purpose.
Who sees it
Alex Parvin, and the email service that carries the message from the website to his inbox. Nobody else sees what you send through the form. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers or lead brokers, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in the email inbox as a record of the job, the same way a written estimate would. Ask and it gets deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, so the owner can see how people are finding it and which pages are actually worth having. It records the pages you open, how far down a page you scroll, clicks on links that take you off this site, when someone starts filling in the estimate form, when a form is sent successfully, and taps on the phone number.
It uses cookies to do that, which are small files your browser keeps, mainly so that coming back a second time is not counted as a second person. Those counts go to Google, who run the service.
Your name, your phone number, your email address and the address of your property are never sent to Google. What you type into the estimate form is emailed to the owner and nowhere else, and it is kept separate from the counting above. The two are not joined up.
Having your details deleted
Call or text (423) 316-0012, or email parvinspressurewashing@gmail.com, and say so. No form to fill in.
