What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, the address where the work is, which services you picked, roughly how big the job is, and anything you write in the notes box. Your email address and how you heard about us if you choose to give them, which is optional, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to text messages. Nothing else.
Why
To work out a price and get the job scheduled. The owner reads the form, calls you back, and quotes it. That is the whole purpose.
Who sees it
Alex Parvin, the email service that carries the message from the website to his inbox, and our CRM provider, which is the customer relationship software we use to keep track of estimates and jobs. Nobody else sees what you send through the form. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers or lead brokers, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in the email inbox and in our customer relationship software as a record of the job, the same way a written estimate would. Ask and it gets deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, so the owner can see how people are finding it and which pages are actually worth having. It records the pages you open, how far down a page you scroll, clicks on links that take you off this site, when someone starts filling in the estimate form, when a form is sent successfully, and taps on the phone number.
It uses cookies to do that, which are small files your browser keeps, mainly so that coming back a second time is not counted as a second person. Those counts go to Google, who run the service.
The owner also advertises on Google, and the same Google tag tells Google Ads when someone visits and when an estimate request is sent, so he can see which ads bring real estimate requests. Google may use a cookie to recognise a visit that came from one of his ads, and may show his ads again to people who have been here before.
Your name, your phone number, your email address and the address of your property are never sent to Google. What you type into the estimate form is emailed to the owner and nowhere else, and it is kept separate from the counting above. The two are not joined up.
Text messaging
If you tick the box on the estimate form, Parvin's Pressure Washing may text the number you gave about your estimate, scheduling, and follow-up. Ticking it is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Every kind of sharing described anywhere else in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will not be texted again. Reply HELP for help, or call (423) 316-0012.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. The website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Estimate requests are sent only to us and to the service providers that help us run the website and reply to requests, and access is limited to what they need to do that. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but if we learn of a problem affecting your information we’ll tell you promptly.
Google review figures
The review count and average on the home page come from Google Maps. This site looks them up itself about once a day, and nothing about you or your visit is sent to Google to do it. Google’s own Privacy Policy covers that information.
Having your details deleted
Call or text (423) 316-0012, or email parvinspressurewashing@gmail.com, and say so. No form to fill in.
